Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 August 2026
These terms govern your use of circuitbench.com.au and any services you engage Circuitbench to provide. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below. Circuitbench is an Australian business, ABN 86 240 256 692, based in the Newcastle / Hunter Region, NSW.
Our services
Circuitbench builds websites, web applications, and AI automation for businesses across the Newcastle / Hunter Region and beyond. The pricing shown on this site (e.g. "From $1,200") is indicative starting pricing for the category described — it is not a fixed quote. Actual scope, timeline, and price for any project are agreed in writing directly with you before work begins.
Website content and intellectual property
The design, layout, and written content of circuitbench.com.au belong to Circuitbench, except where otherwise credited. Work delivered to a client under a separate service agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement, not by this page. Portfolio entries on this site describe real projects built for real clients; each linked project remains the property of its respective owner.
Links to other sites
This site links out to live projects in our Portfolio and to third-party services (for example, our hosting and form provider). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or availability of any site we don't operate.
Acceptable use
Please don't use this site or its Contact form to submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or to attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circuitbench is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right or protection you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
