Information we collect

The only information this website actively collects is what you choose to submit through the Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. We don't ask for anything beyond that, and nothing is collected unless you submit the form yourself.

This site does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies of any kind — as of the date above, there is no such code anywhere on circuitbench.com.au. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it before any tracking goes live.

How we use your information

We use the details you submit through the Contact form only to respond to your enquiry — for example, to discuss a project, provide a quote, or answer a question. We don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Third parties who process your information

This site is hosted on Netlify, and the Contact form is submitted and stored using Netlify Forms. Netlify acts as our processor for that submission — your message passes through and is stored on Netlify's infrastructure, which may be located outside Australia. Netlify's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data on their end. We don't otherwise share your information with any third party.

Data security

This site is served entirely over HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to keep the information you provide secure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we don't do anything with your information beyond what's described in this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, for the life of that engagement plus a reasonable period after for our own records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Contact us" below.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email us using the details below and we'll action it promptly.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business enquiries and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add analytics or a new third-party tool in future. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
